Not every venue is a fit for the trial. The trial may be declined or delayed if the venue is not a fit for the published single-site product and commercial model.

Every trial ends with a practical launch review focused on guest ordering, staff operations, and whether the venue should continue.

No charge is taken during the 14-day trial. If the venue continues, the install and monthly SaaS fees are separate from guest card payments.
