Terms of service
These terms govern access by restaurant operators and their staff, including billing responsibilities, trial conversion, payment connectivity, acceptable use, and platform enforcement rights.

1. Service and agreement
NFC Menu provides hosted restaurant revenue software for premium dine-in ordering, pay-at-table, menu merchandising, staff operations, and connected billing support for restaurant operators.
2. Trial and conversion
A venue may begin on a 14-day trial.
The trial may be declined or delayed if the venue is not a fit for the published single-site product and commercial model.
If the venue chooses to continue beyond the trial, the standard paid plan is £2,000 installation and £200/month unless a separate written agreement applies.
Trial expiry or non-payment may restrict customer ordering and live operational access while preserving limited recovery access for Restaurant Manager/Owner or Platform Admin users.
3. Fees, billing, and renewal
The installation fee is a one-time onboarding and launch fee tied to implementation work for the venue.
The monthly subscription is billed in advance and renews until cancelled.
Overdue charges, failed collections, or unpaid subscription balances can result in restricted access, disabled ordering, or suspension.
4. Connected diner payments
Customer payments are processed through the restaurant's connected payment account, not through a marketplace merchant model.
The restaurant remains responsible for its connected payment account, payout details, chargebacks, and payment-provider compliance.
The platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party payment-provider availability.
5. Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, tax treatment, fulfilment, staff access control, and venue operations.
Restaurants must keep connected payment, business, and payout details accurate and up to date.
Restaurants must not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or cross-tenant access attempts.
6. Suspension and termination
Serious misuse, non-payment, security abuse, or payment-provider issues may result in immediate suspension.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges at the end of the current paid period unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
The platform may retain audit, billing, and operational records where reasonably required for support, security, or accounting purposes.
7. Support and notices
Operational and commercial notices should be sent to ozdemirewdo@gmail.com.
Standard contact availability is Mon-Sat, 09:00-18:00 GMT.
Material changes to service scope, pricing, or terms may be made with notice.
